CNG & LNG Conditioning

Gas Conditioning for LNG and Liquified Flare Gas (LFG)

GTUIT has worked with experienced LNG service providers to establish an entirely new industry model in monetizing associated gas that is all too frequently flared at a wellsite, as Liquified Flare Gas (LFG).

Our LFG services provide solutions for conditioning flare gas to produce the gas stock for LNG processing equipment. GTUIT has demonstrated the viability of its LFG service offering with oil producers in the extreme environmental conditions of North Dakota’s Bakken region. Together with its LNG processing partners, GTUIT has produced more than a million gallons of Liquified Flare Gas directly from associated gas at its point of origin: the wellsite. Finding creative solutions that benefit industry, communities, and the environment (ESG) is what GTUIT is all about.

Gas Conditioning for CNG and Compressed Flare Gas (CFG)

Our Compressed Flare Gas (CFG) processing service provides oil producers and wellsite service companies a new industry model in wellsite power generation.

Our CFG processing takes raw associated gas at the wellhead and conditions that gas for use in a myriad of applications including, E-frac fuel, dual-fuel, turbine fuels for grid power and drilling. If your project location has access to either associated gas from the wellhead or a gas collection pipeline, GTUIT has the equipment and operational expertise to convert these gas resources into fuel to power your operation.

Based on raw gas parameters, composition and flow rate, the correct combination of GTUIT Technology can be specified to meet your requirements.

Revenue Streams

Conditioned Field Gas

Conditioned field gas recovered after the removal of Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) may be available to be monetized using one or more of the following methods:

  • Replacement of diesel with conditioned field gas yields huge cost savings
  • Conditioned field gas export through sales pipelines
  • Conditioned field gas export through virtual pipelines or mobile LNG/CNG
  • Gas power generation and sale to the power grid or local industry

Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs)

Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) recovered from gas conditioning may be available to be monetized using one or more of the following methods:

  • NGLs can be transported by truck and sold to fractionation facilities
  • Injection of NGLs into oil export pipeline will swell oil export, improve oil API and even replace diluent
  • NGL power generation and sale to the power grid or local industry
